We at MA Diaries take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every product we create. Each diary and wallet is handcrafted individually with genuine leather, real gemstones, and antique brass hardware.
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a strict NO RETURN policy. All sales are final once the order has been confirmed and payment received.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We understand that exceptions exist. If you receive a product that is:
